We are the Premiere 'Outlander' themed event in the state of North Carolina, holding an annual "Gathering on The Ridge" since 2015.
Our Gathering is coordinated to correspond with the Grandfather Mountain Highland Games--the very same Games that Jamie and Claire attend in Drums of Autum!
Activities, classes, and presentations are all associated with the everyday chores and daily happenings of the Frasers during their time period. Activities and classes to be announced at a later date, but trust us, you will have the time of your life! :-D
And I'm sure you're wondering if we will have an 'Outlander' cast member on 'The Ridge'....the answer is YES! While we can't confirm who that will be just yet, there is no doubt you will be completely enamored, I promise. ♥

Note: there are a handful of high-impact activities such as horseback riding, ropes course, ziplining, mountain coaster, and river tubing which, if included in the week's itinerary, will have an additional fee.
**Please be aware: ALL beds and cabins are shared--every room is, minimum, double occupancy. No single rooms available. Bring a friend or relative if you're uncomfortable rooming with someone you don't know. But, don't be afraid of making new friends...you WILL leave as "family" :)
